Rules and Regulations of the Alcona Beach Club
For Block “A” and Block “B”, being the Park at the foot of Vicrol Drive and Adams Road, the waterfront beach adjoining, as well as
the beach property at the end of Inglewood Drive
1. Private Beach Property for Members and their guests ONLY.
2. NO dogs or other animals.
3. NO littering – Garbage shall be removed by the members who brought it in.
4. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the beaches except in the designated smoking areas.
5. NO overnight camping.
6 NO parking of boats, trucks, trailers or equipment other than in designated areas. Canoes, kayaks and small boats must
be stored properly on the racks provided and NOT left on the shoreline. A waiver must be filled out and signed before
using these facilities.
7. Absolutely, NO docks other, than that belonging to the Club, shall be permitted on or along the ABC property.
8. Use of playground equipment and swimming areas at members’ and their guests’ own risk.
9. The playground closes at 8:00 pm.
10. NO excessive noise after dusk.
11. Gates are to be kept LOCKED at all times. Close it behind you.
12. Bicycles are to be parked at the foot of the park in the BIKE RACK. Absolutely, no riding in the park!
13. NO open fires or burning without the written consent from the ABC Inc.
14. NO altering or defacing of any property belonging to ABC Inc.
15. NO glass bottles or containers allowed in the park or at the beaches.
16. NO feeding of wildlife, especially water fowl.
17. CHILDREN 11 AND UNDER MUST BE SUPERVISED by an adult.
18. It is unlawful for any person under the age of 16 to operate a motor vessel craft. Do Not operate your motor
vessel recklessly within the beach area. No Wake signs are posted.
19. Ensure that you are leaving your beach area as clean as you found it.
20. Inappropriate behaviour and language will not be tolerated. Members demonstrating such, will be asked to leave
and membership may be revoked.
